Right now a customer has to be logged in to post an ad. It would be nice to allow visitors to post an ad anonymously or without having to login first. Craigslist does this already.
Some of the downsides of this would be more spam, not having the users registration information for marketing purposes, etc.
A great feature to have if you are running a WordPress Multisite system and have user registration turned off for your network of sites. You won’t be able to turn it on (user registration) for one site, without turning it on for all sites.

I have now started creating my website and i’m a bit disappointed I do not have the option to remove registration. This feature will be a great addition.

True, but every admin can decide if to enable or disable it. I think it would be great if the appthemes team could add this feature in the next version release and give us the ability to choose.

User will need open a account with same email if would to take owner for ADs

I’d also like to see this functionality. I understand it is potentially opening up the spam floodgates, but it would be a nice option. Administrators can elect to have Ads appear as Pending first – so even if targeted by a lot of spammers, it wouldn’t necessarily mean that the website is affected. The admin’s email inbox however…
Anyhow – some might be willing to deal with a bit of inbox spam in order to make posting ads as easy as possible for their visitors – Craigslist style…

In my opinion, would be better install a payment system on the registration page to prevent spam. To my projet it is a very urgent item!
Everyday appear fake users on my classipress, they are completely fake user! Everyday I need to delete these fake users, it’s is very hard! In my opinion there are one solution: instal a payment system on the register page.

If I understand you,
lost sales by installing a payment system on the registration page is only an hypothesis. The true advertiser will not mind paying a few dollars to create a profile. Moreover, when you creating a profile on a Classipress system, you can create a permanent page where you can expose your name, or the name of your company, and the phone number, address and description. Also, the “author page” or “profile page” can be shared and found by any search engine.
Obviously, a payment system on the registration page should be optional feature. The admin must have the option to activate or deactivate this system at any time.
