Jobseekers should have to login or register before they can apply for a job, otherwise whats the point of having a registration form for jobseekers when they can just view and apply for a job without registering.
This is the only program i have seen that lets jobseekers do this.

Is anything happening with this request. I am getting 100s of job seekers looking at the jobs on the site but none are registering, they are just applying. This has resulted in employers being reluctant to advertise on the site because it looks like there are no job seekers registered on it.
